As an Old-Age Pensioner residing abroad, you must renew your active status yearly, on your birth month, to avoid suspension of your monthly pension.
eCard Enrollment

Pensioner abroad may apply for renewal of their expired eCard Plus. For lost cards, damaged cards, and forggotten/lost/invalid PIN, please contact your issuing bank.

What To Expect
The new system provides immediate feedback on the soonest date and available time slot to have a video conference, a web-based software that allows users to make video calls over the internet, free of charge.
Schedule appointment based on your preferred date and time.
You will receive an email with your appointment schedule, including the summary of the information you provided, reference numbers, and other reminders about the scheduled appointment. A GSIS representative will call you on the date and time you requested.
Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem.
You can cancel your appointment by providing your Appointment Number and the email address you used when booking. Both must match to proceed with the cancellation.
